Downtime Basics

You can choose to submit a downtime proposal when the window opens on the 1st and the 15th of every month. Generally all proposals are approved within 48 hours of posting. Once approved, make your rolls as per the rolls. Label your rolls using !roll 1d100 Complications (or !roll 1d20 Strength or !roll 1d20-3 Dexterity) The 10% chance of complication is defined as any roll ending with a 1. The downtime team will tell you what the complication is. You can feel free to use this as an RP plot device.
