# Helping Improve the Server

### Have an Idea for the Server?

Macguffins, Ltd grows because people bring ideas, notice things that could work better, and lend a hand.

You don't need to be a <span style="color: rgb(35, 111, 161);">Helper </span>or <span style="color: rgb(22, 145, 121);">DM </span>to make a useful suggestion.

If you've found something confusing, spotted out-of-date information, or have an idea that could make quests, RP, onboarding, or another part of the server better, bring it up in `#server-meta-discussion`.

If you'd rather raise something privately, you're also welcome to contact the appropriate staff member or submit a suggestion through Dyno.

### What Makes a Helpful Suggestion?

It helps if you can tell us:

- What you noticed
- Who it affects
- What you think might help

If you've seen something work well elsewhere, feel free to share that too. It's also completely fine to point out a problem without knowing the solution. Raising an issue doesn't mean you've volunteered to fix it.

Some suggestions may be given a simple status such as:

Submitted → Considering → Planned / Declined → Done

These are there to make it easier to see what is happening. They aren't a promise that every suggestion will become a project.

For urgent problems, moderation issues, or personal concerns, please contact the appropriate staff member directly rather than waiting for a public suggestion to be reviewed.
